Job summary

Pilot Company in Illinois is seeking a dedicated deli team member to join our fast-paced shop. You will help maintain the deli area, assist guests, and ensure a welcoming, efficient experience for customers throughout their visit.

Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $19.63 per hour with weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities to grow within our travel centers and restaurants.

Qualifications

• Must be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain well-organized and orderly deli area.
• Monitor hot deli case and keep stocked with fresh items.
• Prepare food to company standards by following process cards.
• Clean and organize dishes and utensils.
