Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a friendly deli associate to help maintain a clean, welcoming deli area and ensure fresh items are stocked and presented according to company standards.

You will prepare and arrange items, assist customers, and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This position may involve variable shifts, including nights and weekends, with growth opportunities within the travel centers and restaurant parts of Pilot Company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Able to work nights, days, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Demonstrates strong teamwork and reliability.
• Experience in a similar position or food-safety knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain well-organized and orderly deli area.
• Monitor hot deli case and keep stocked with fresh items.
• Prepare food to company standards by following process cards.
• Clean and organize dishes and utensils.
