Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for a deli team member at our Jackson, TN location. This role focuses on maintaining an orderly deli area, stocking the hot case with fresh items, and preparing food to our standards while following process cards.

You will also help keep dishes clean and organized throughout shifts. We value highly motivated, team-oriented individuals who can lift up to 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Demonstrates ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Willing to work nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in similar position is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain well-organized and orderly deli area.
• Monitor hot deli case and keep stocked with fresh items.
• Prepare food to company standards by following process cards.
• Clean and organize dishes and utensils.
