Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for a deli position in Harrisonburg, VA. You will help maintain a clean, well-organized deli area, stock the hot case, and prepare food following our process cards. The role supports a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with teamwork at its core.

This position offers weekly pay and a range of benefits including meals, health plans, PTO, and opportunities for growth within the travel centers and restaurants. Prior food-service experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Pay Rates Starting between: $13.25 - $18.75 / hour
