Job summary

Pilotcompany in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a committed deli associate to maintain a well-organized counter and ensure fresh items are stocked. You will follow process cards to prepare foods to company standards and work as part of a team to deliver quality service.

Responsibilities include keeping the deli area clean, monitoring the hot case, and assisting with daily duties across nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, highly driven individual able to work independently.
• Team player with ability to collaborate in a fast-paced deli environment.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures is preferred.
