Job summary

Pilot Company in Ohio is seeking a deli associate to maintain a clean, well-organized deli area and prepare items according to our standards. You will monitor the hot case, restock items, and ensure dishes are cleaned and organized at shift end.

The role requires movement, lifting, and flexibility to cover nights, days, weekends, and holidays; prior food service experience is a plus. We offer weekly pay and benefits for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Must be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a similar position (preferred).
• Knowledge of food safety procedures (preferred).

Pay Rates Starting between: $12.60 - $17.85 / hour
