Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for a deli team member to maintain a clean, organized deli area and provide friendly, efficient service. You will monitor the hot deli case, stock items, and prepare foods following company standards, while keeping dishes clean and organized.

The role supports a fast-paced service environment with flexible scheduling. Pay starts between $16.94 and $22.33 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a similar position and knowledge of food safety are a plus.
