Pilot Company is hiring at our travel centers to support a fast-paced deli operation. You will help maintain a welcoming, clean deli, stock fresh items, and help guests with friendly service in a team environment.

The role requires physical stamina, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior food-service experience is a plus; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a similar position or knowledge of food safety preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain well-organized and orderly deli area
• Monitor hot deli case and keep stocked with fresh items
• Prepare food to company standards by following process cards
• Clean and organize dishes and utensils
