Lunds & Byerly s Mitchell Road is currently hiring a self-directed and outgoing Process Helper to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers. This full-time role offers a competitive wage of $19.00-$21.00/hr.

The schedule includes Sunday-Friday 6:00am to 2:00pm, Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, with Tuesdays and Saturdays off. Responsibilities include assisting with deli item prep, supporting production workflows, and upholding food safety and quality standards in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery and multi-task.
• Follow precise instructions and comply with safety regulations (USDA, FDA, OSHA, AIB).

Responsibilities

• Assist team with assembling and preparing deli items such as salads, sandwiches, wraps, and ready-to-heat meals.
• Support assembly line workflow and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
