Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking team members to support the Prepared Foods team with preparation, counter service, sanitation, and stocking of products. The role focuses on courteous and efficient service to customers and Team Members, while adhering to health and safety regulations and store SOPs.

Responsibilities include food preparation, product sampling, inventory checks, and maintaining a clean, well-organized department. Flexibility for varied shifts and a strong customer focus are essential.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, prepares, and serves hot and cold foods.
• Samples products to customers.
• Stocks cases and displays with prepared foods.
• Checks dates for freshness and rotates products.
• Assists Team Leader in organizing displays and inventory.
• Completes required worksheets and participates in inventories.
• Provides excellent customer service and answers phones promptly.
• Ensures proper sanitation and safe work practices.
