Responsibilities

• Follow recipe manual to prepare food: cutting, weighing, measuring, portioning, peeling, baking, frying, and broasting.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain work areas and equipment; store and label food to prevent spoilage.
• Keep the condiment area, hot dog roller, machines, and drink stations clean and stocked.
• Perform clerk duties in smaller locations per clerk job description.
