• Maintain slicer cleanliness and follow all safety protocols.
• Stock, rotate, and label deli products using the FIFO method.
• Assist with sandwich assembly during peak times.
• Maintain portion control to support food cost targets.
• Monitor and restock fresh-baked bread levels.
