Meijer in Livonia, MI is hiring a Food Clerk to create a fresh, welcoming store experience across Fresh departments. You’ll connect with customers, share product knowledge, and help shoppers find what they need.

You'll maintain attractive displays, stock and rotate products, and use our store technology to complete tasks accurately while following food safety standards. Prior retail experience is helpful, but not required.

What You’ll Do

As a Food Clerk, you play a key role in creating a fresh, welcoming, and well‑run store experience within our Fresh departments.

• Build positive connections with customers and teammates
• Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need
• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
