AG Supermarkets, Inc. seeks a Deli Manager for our Londonderry, VT store to lead the deli department with strong leadership and a passion for fresh, quality food.

You will oversee receiving, rotation, displays, accurate cutting and packaging, inventory, scheduling, and staff training, while upholding food safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site role with compensation starting at $22/hour plus benefits, with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer systems including Microsoft Office for inventory management, sales tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customers, employees, and management.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and issue resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee receiving, unloading, storage, and rotation of deli merchandise.
• Ensure proper rotation of refrigerated and frozen items and maintain displays.
• Cut, slice, weigh, and package deli products to company standards and customer needs.
• Package hot foods to order with proper portioning and presentation.
• Maintain clean, organized department shelves and displays.
• Manage department orders, inventory levels, and conduct monthly inventory.
• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to optimize product presentation and reduce shrinkage.
• Ensure labeling, ingredients, and date coding are accurate.
• Monitor temperatures and report any failures to management.
