You will drive product quality, manage display and promotions, and support sales and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include daily deli oversight, stock rotation, adherence to safety standards, staff coaching, and coordinating signage and displays to maximize grab-and-go and prepared offerings

• Supervise and manage department staff to ensure adherence to company procedures and performance expectations.
• Coordinate merchandising, signage, and product displays to support sales and customer engagement.
• Review inventory trends, shrink, and discrepancies to identify and address concerns.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal audit standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily deli operations to ensure product availability, quality, and presentation
• Maintain accurate inventory through proper stock rotation, replenishment, and monitoring of product levels
• Ensure all deli products are handled, prepared, and stored in accordance with company and food safety standards

Work Environment / Expectations

Primarily retail or warehouse environment with temperature-controlled areas. Requires standing, walking, and handling products for extended periods. May require schedule flexibility based on department needs.
