Job summary

Picasso Restaurant Group’s Dearborn cafe is hiring a Deli Artist Lead to oversee daily deli operations from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, on-site at U of M Dearborn. This role emphasizes leading the team, preparing high-quality sandwiches and salads, and ensuring smooth service.

You will train and support staff, maintain cleanliness and food safety, and provide friendly customer service in a fast-paced café setting. A strong work ethic, leadership, and reliability are preferred.

• Type: Full-time, daytime hours (no nights or weekends!)
