Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores is seeking a Kitchen Team Member in Laurel, MT to deliver friendly, high-quality service while maintaining a clean, stocked deli area and helping other store teams as needed. No prior experience required—we will teach you.

You’ll prepare deli items, assist with coffee and fountain bars, follow safety procedures, and move between duties as needed during shifts. This role offers on-the-job training, growth opportunities, and benefits described above.

Qualifications

• General customer service duties including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs.
• Accurately prepare deli products as instructed to include salads, fruit, sandwiches and parfait cups.
• Follow company policies to maintain proper food safety conditions.

Responsibilities

• General customer service duties including answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs. Additionally, assisting store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides to include salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, etc.
• Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure we follow company policies and procedures to maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Additional duties could include cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
