Job summary

Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores is hiring a Deli Host to engage with customers, keep the deli area clean and stocked, and assist the cashier team. You will greet guests and help with menu questions while maintaining a welcoming, efficient shop environment.

No prior experience is required—we provide training on deli preparation, food safety, and friendly service with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Able to move and lift 25+ pounds; available to work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• General customer service duties, including answering questions about menu offerings and supporting store cashier team in deli, coffee, and fountain areas.
• Accurately prepare deli products per guides (salads, fruit, sandwiches, wraps, parfait cups).
• Follow company policies to maintain food safety conditions.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, or Maintenance.
• Support shift by maintaining a clean, stocked deli and ability to work in different temperatures.
