Responsibilities

• Prepare and review the work schedule and required equipment at the start of shift.
• Make and label sandwiches, pizza, and deli items per plan; serve to customers.
• Assist customers, weigh and portion deli foods, and place items in display cases.
• Operate grab-and-go deli sections and hot bar per SOP.
• Maintain cleanliness of surfaces, tools, equipment, cases, floors and counters.
• Follow safety rules and report accidents or unsafe conditions promptly.
