The Fresh Market is seeking a Deli Specialist to ensure deli department excellence, freshness, proper rotation, and signage accuracy, while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will support inventory, assist with promotions, and uphold food safety standards on the sales floor.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in retail or hospitality, are 18+, and possess attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all deli products meet freshness and quality standards, including proper rotation and dating.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of deli items.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, ensuring proper receiving and storage procedures.
• Play a key role in compliance during key item transitions and promotional events.
• Follow all The Fresh Market policies, food safety requirements, and sanitation procedures.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach when on the sales floor.
