Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen inventory quality and quantities.
• Set up hot foods case for the day.
• Dishwashing.
• Merchandise and maintain prepared foods.
• Prepare entrees for hot and cold displays.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen area.
• Cooperate with supervisors and other department personnel.
• Perform duties as delegated by Head Chef.
• Follow established food safety policies.
• Be at workstation at shift start.
• Comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Adhere to Customer Service Pledge at all times.
• Maintain neat, professional appearance and dress code adherence.
• Attend job as required.
• Follow Employee Handbook policies.
