Responsibilities

• Create a fast, friendly environment and resolve customer questions and requests.
• Execute merchandising plans, planograms, and seasonal programs.
• Manage deli preparation, slicing, cooking, packaging, and merchandise per recipes and standards.
• Maintain appealing service cases, grab‑and‑go, and hot displays.
• Handle ordering, inventory, shrink, production logs, and waste reporting.
• Build schedules aligned with sales and labor targets.
• Hire, train, and develop deli associates while promoting teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, temperature controls, and regulations.
