Job summary

FiveStar is hiring Customer Service Representatives to greet customers, handle transactions, and keep the deli area clean and well-stocked.

You will ring up sales quickly, ensure accuracy, and follow food safety standards while maintaining a friendly, professional appearance and reliable attendance. This role requires flexibility for various shifts, including weekends and holidays, and physical stamina to stand and lift up to 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to provide FiveStar service.
• Process fast-paced, accurate register transactions and handle voids/misprints.
• Prepare food according to FiveStar guidelines and safety standards.
• Maintain PAR levels in the Deli (Cold and Hot).
• Promote FiveStar specials through informing customers and suggestive selling.
• Clean and merchandise sales areas to keep products appealing.
• Clean floors, restrooms, parking areas and store surroundings.
• Practice safe working habits and comply with all laws and policies.
