Job summary

Little General Craigsville is seeking a Deli Customer Service Representative to deliver friendly, efficient service while preparing quality items that meet safety standards.

In a clean, organized deli area you will follow brand recipes, manage time and temperature guidelines, and record waste as required.

You must obtain and maintain a food handler’s certification within 30 days of employment and comply with all LG and health department policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service to every guest.
• Maintain a clean and safe deli area per LG, OSHA, and health dept. guidelines.
• Prepare menu items following brand recipes and food safety procedures.
• Record food waste and ensure proper disposal.
• Monitor equipment and report issues to the deli manager.
• Wear complete uniform and follow hygiene guidelines.
• Obtain and maintain a food handler's certification within 30 days of employment.
