Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Framingham is seeking an entry-level Team Member to support Prepared Foods production and ensure quality, labeling, and stock rotation. You will engage with customers, answer questions, and assist with maintain a clean, organized work area.

A team-oriented, flexible schedule is essential. Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining sanitation, and contributing to the store’s health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensures all prepared foods are properly labeled, dates, initialed, covered, and rotated.
• Documents waste and spoilage using appropriate forms.
• Provides excellent customer service and helps customers.
• Arrives to work station on time, groomed, dressed, and ready to work.
• Answers phones and pages promptly and courteously.
