Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. is seeking a Deli Cook to support the Deli Department Manager in keeping the kitchen running smoothly. You will help deliver exceptional guest service, maintain quality and freshness of products, prepare items for recipes, and ensure proper product levels in the hot case.

This role focuses on promoting in-store selling culture, creating appealing displays, developing meal solutions, and following health, safety, and sanitation regulations to protect guest wellbeing and brand trust.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Deli Department Manager in the successful operation of the kitchen and ensure continuous delivery of exceptional guest service.
• Ensure superior quality and freshness of all products produced and prepare items to be used in recipes.
• Maintain appropriate product assortment and levels in the hot case, promoting an in-store selling culture.
• Create a variety of appealing product displays to attract guests and support sales.
• Develop innovative meal solution options for guests while upholding health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
