Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC in Wilmington, NC is hiring a deli team member to deliver outstanding guest service and assist with daily deli operations. You will greet guests, prepare products for sale including slicing, weighing and pricing, and maintain freshness and quality across display cases.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Notify supervisor of temperature breakdowns.
• Keep supply area tidy at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Support front porch duties to welcome guests.
• Announce specials and sales over PA system.
• Assist in product receiving and storage.

Pay starts at $15 / hour

Responsibilities

1. Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with all guests.
2. Prepare product for sale (frying, cutting, slicing, weighing, and pricing).
3. Maintain product level, quality and freshness.
4. Maintain sanitation standards in the cooler, freezer, prep area and sales area.
5. Communicate guest requests to management.
6. Communicate temperature breakdowns to supervisor.
7. Keep supply area neat, clean and tidy at all times.
8. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
9. Performs front porch duties to insure "guest arrival" standard is maintained.
10. Announce specials and sale info on the PA system.
11. Assist in product receiving and storage.

Qualifications

1. Friendly, outgoing personality.
