Job summary

Lowe's Foods, LLC is hiring a friendly deli team member to assist guests with service, cut and weigh products, and keep the display case stocked and clean. You will greet guests, answer questions, and execute daily deli tasks with accuracy.

The role requires physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, a cooperative attitude, and the ability to read direction and pricing information. Training is provided, and reliable teamwork helps ensure fast, courteous service across shifts.

• Communicate guest requests to management and temperature issues to supervisors.
• Announce specials and sale information to guests over PA system.
• Assist in product receiving and storage.
• Perform duties assigned by management.
• Support front porch duties to ensure guest arrival standards.
• Maintain neatness in supply areas and backroom.
• Support overall guest service initiatives across shifts.

1. Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with all guests.

2. Prepare product for sale (frying, cutting, slicing, weighing, and pricing).

3. Maintain product level, quality and freshness.

4. Maintain sanitation standards in the cooler, freezer, prep area and sales area.

5. Communicate guest requests to management.

6. Communicate temperature breakdowns to supervisor.

7. Keep supply area neat, clean and tidy at all times.

8. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

9. Performs front porch duties to insure “guest arrival” standard is maintained.

10. Announce specials and sale info on the PA system.

11. Assist in product receiving and storage.

Qualifications
