W. Lee Flowers is seeking a friendly, guest-focused team member for deli department duties. You will greet guests, assist with product preparation, and maintain quality and cleanliness across cooler, prep and sales areas.

Responsibilities include handling requests, communicating with management, announcing specials, and assisting with receiving and storage. Must be at least 18 and able to lift up to 50 lbs; expect an on-site, part-time role in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Effective communication, guest service and selling skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.
