Festival Foods in Green Bay, WI is hiring a Part-Time Deli Clerk to join our fast-paced retail environment. You will help guests with menu items, prepare deli offerings, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

As a Deli Clerk, you will report to the Deli Manager and support daily operations, including stocking, order fulfillment, and guest assistance, while delivering friendly, efficient service.

What You’ll Do:

As a Deli Clerk at Festival Foods, your responsibilities will include:

• Provide Helpful Service: Providing excellent guest service is at the heart of what we do. Whether it’s a friendly greeting, answering questions or addressing guest concerns, you’ll handle each interaction with professionalism and care. Your willingness to help guests with what they need will make a positive impact every day.
• Guest Assistance: Help guests locate items on or off the sales floor and professionally answer the Deli Department telephone.
• Order Fulfillment: Receive, prepare, and fulfill guest orders and special requests with attention to detail and quality.
• Customer Service: Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly using the boomerang principle to ensure a positive experience.
• Quality Control: Inspect, rotate, maintain proper temperatures, and replenish all deli products on display to ensure high standards.
• Inventory Management: Maintain proper inventory levels in the deli storage, including containers, lids, spoons, tags, and more.
• Food Safety: Lead by example in maintaining food safety logs and adhering to all safety standards.
• Efficiency: Ensure all quality standards, including quantity expectations, are met by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
• Honor Commitments: Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
• Support the Team:Other duties as assigned

• May be exposed to extreme temperatures.
