Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain high standards of product freshness, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Operate deli equipment, including meat slicers, microwaves, cutting tools, and scales.
• Weigh and package prepared foods and raw meats accurately.
• Prepare special orders, catering platters, and food trays.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize the workspace at the end of each shift.
• Wrap and properly store cold cuts, meats, and prepared foods at the end of the day.
• Assist customers with product selections and answer questions.
• Promote new products, specials, and featured items.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift at least 20 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate deli equipment after appropriate training.
