Bosselman Travel Center in Grand Island, Nebraska is seeking a Deli Clerk to deliver fast, friendly food service with a strong customer focus. You will assist customers, keep the deli area clean, and maintain food safety standards at all times.

Qualificações

• Retail or food service experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and follow product specification guidelines.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills.
• Must be flexible and able to adapt to change.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and any shift.
• Reliable transportation and phone.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
• Meet health regulation standards in the food service area, equipment, and utensils.
• Prepare prep work and stocking for the next shift.
• Measure, cut, and wrap all food.
• Ensure food safety procedures are followed for raw and cooked foods.
• Maintain product quality and freshness through proper rotation and temperature checks.
• Provide friendly and competent customer service.
• Report for work on time as scheduled.
• Assists in other duties as assigned.
