You’ll build positive connections with customers and teammates, stock and rotate displays, use technology to complete tasks, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and use technology.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Friendly, customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build positive connections with customers and teammates.
• Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need.
• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards.
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
