Job summary

PCC Community Markets in West Seattle is seeking a Deli Helper Clerk to deliver friendly, efficient service at the deli counter and other deli stations. You will handle basic food prep, packaging, and maintain clean workstations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service at a deli counter.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift 10-40 lbs and perform basic food prep.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent, professional customer service.
• Perform basic food preparation following PCC recipes.
• Counter and barista service as needed during hours.
• Dishwashing and cleaning in deli and production areas.
• Packaging and retail merchandising.
• Maintain sanitation, cleanliness and safety standards.
• Learn deli products and prepared foods.
• Ensure department sanitation and safety are met.
