Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a Food Clerk to deliver exceptional customer service, share product knowledge, and maintain fresh, well-organized displays in our Fresh departments. You’ll build positive connections with customers and teammates while stocking, rotating, and merchandising products to standard.

This role involves using technology to complete tasks and following strict food safety procedures. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, helping customers, and staying active on the sales floor,

What You’ll Do

As a Food Clerk, you play a key role in creating a fresh, welcoming, and well‑run store experience within our Fresh departments.

Previous retail or food service experience is helpful, but not required.

You have the ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.
