Job summary

Niemann Foods Haymakers Deli is seeking a motivated clerk to provide excellent customer service, assist with cooking, rotate products, and maintain clean, safe prep areas.

You will follow recipes, monitor food quality, handle equipment like fryers and ovens, and support inventory and merchandising in a fast-paced environment.

• Retail experience a plus
• Food Handler’s Certification required by State Law

SUMMARY

The Haymakers Deli Clerk duties include but are not limited to providing excellent customer service, cooking, gaining product knowledge, rotation of product, merchandising, and controlling shrink.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides excellent customer service

• Production of hot case foods, including operation of fryers, ovens, stoves, grill, griddle, and
• rotisserie
• Monitors stock levels of hot case
• Keeps kitchen and chicken cooler clean and organized
• Proper handling and rotation of product
• Works within company programs, policies and procedures.
• Promotes and supports established programs
• Day to day operational procedures to ensure stock level, inventory, and cleanliness
• Promotes sales
• Promotes a safe working and shopping environment
• Follows all safety policies and procedures; is a safety role model.
• Other duties as assigned
