Kj’s Market in Quinby, SC is seeking a part-time guest service associate to join our family-owned grocery team. You’ll greet guests, assist with product prep, keep areas clean, and help with front-end duties to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Lift up to 25 lbs consistently.
• Read and understand information and direction.
• Effective communication and guest service skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bend, kneel and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide polite greetings and friendly interactions with guests.
• Prepare product for sale (frying, cutting, slicing, baking, weighing, pricing).
• Maintain product level, quality and freshness.
• Maintain sanitation standards in cooler, freezer, prep and sales areas.
• Communicate guest requests to management.
• Communicate temperature breakdowns to supervisor.
• Keep supply area neat and tidy at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Perform front-end duties to insure guests arrival standard is maintained.
• Announce specials and sale information on the PA system.
• Assist in product receiving and storage.
