Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Deli / Bakery Associate to prepare quality products for customers and engage at the service counter. You’ll help move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and maintain strict food safety standards throughout the store areas.

You’ll interact with customers, stock displays, assist with deli orders and cake requests, and keep the department clean and compliant. This is a full-time role with competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers at the service counter to assist with purchases.
• Help ensure high quality products are available in produce, deli, bakery, dairy, meat, and other departments.
• Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food and assist with cake orders and deli requirements.
• Keep areas clean, sanitized, and customer-ready, and monitor temperatures and dates.
