Job summary

Walmart's deli/bakery team in Eden, NC is hiring full-time associates to prepare quality products, assist customers at the service counter, and move merchandise to the salesfloor while upholding food safety standards.

You will work across deli, bakery, produce, dairy, and grocery, keeping areas clean, stocked, and customer-ready, with shifts that may vary and competitive pay from $19.00 to $32.00 per hour plus incentive opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deli/bakery environment.
• Comfort with handling fresh food and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers at the service counter and help them find products.
• Prepare and display ready-to-sell bakery and deli items.
• Maintain food safety standards and keep areas clean and stocked.
• Assist with cake orders and special deli requests.
• Support other departments as needed to ensure a great store experience.
