Job summary

Walmart Supercenter #1300 in New Bern, NC is seeking part-time Deli/Bakery associates to prepare quality products for customers at the service counter and to help move merchandise to the sales floor.

You will also be responsible for maintaining proper food safety standards; cleaning and organization are essential to daily operations in this fast-paced shop. This position offers mid-shift and closing shifts at a busy Walmart location.

Compensation

Hourly wage: $16 – $29 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
