Job summary

Walmart Mount Laurel Supercenter is seeking a Deli / Bakery associate to prepare quality products for customers at the service counter and move goods to the sales floor. The role requires adhering to food safety standards and delivering friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation ranges from $18 to $31 per hour, with the possibility of performance incentives and a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement and education programs through Live Better U.

Job description

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $18 - $31 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
