Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Deli / Bakery associate at Walmart Supercenter #338 in Lamar, MO. The main priority is to prepare quality products for customers, engage with customers at the service counter, and move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor while maintaining food safety standards.

This part-time role offers mid-shift and closing schedules in a fast-paced retail environment. You will join a team focused on service excellence, cleanliness, and compliant food handling to help the store run

Job description

Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
