Job summary

Walmart in Kankakee, IL is seeking a Deli / Bakery associate to prepare quality products for customers at the service counter and to move incoming merchandise to the sales floor.

You will engage with customers, maintain food safety standards, and support a variety of shifts including Opening, Morning, Mid-Shift, and Closing as part of a team.

Job description

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
