Job summary

Walmart in Houston, TX is seeking a part-time Deli / Bakery associate to join our team at Walmart Supercenter #3302. You will prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers at the service counter and assist with stocking and merchandising on the sales floor.

You will engage with customers, help maintain product quality, and uphold strict food safety and cleanliness standards throughout the shift. Shifts include Opening and Morning, with competitive hourly pay and full Walmart benefits

Job description

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
