Walmart is seeking a Deli / Bakery associate in Friendswood, TX. This part-time role involves preparing quality products for customers at the service counter, engaging with shoppers, and moving merchandise to the sales floor. You will also ensure proper food safety and cleanliness in the deli/bakery area.

The position offers hourly pay ranging from $16 to $29, plus additional premiums and incentives based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Benefits are available per Walmart policy.

Hourly Wage

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
