The Walmart Fredericksburg Supercenter is seeking a Deli / Bakery associate to prepare quality products and assist customers at the service counter. You will handle merchandise flow to the sales floor and uphold food safety standards in daily operations.

daytime/full-time positions are available with mid-shift and closing hours. In this role, you may receive performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits as part of Walmart's compensation package.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage

$16.5 - $29.5 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
