Qualifications

• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills (written, verbal, listening).
• Proficient selling skills with ability to ask questions and recommend products.
• Proficient merchandising to create fresh, appealing displays in all service areas.
• Proficient cleaning to meet sanitation and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality and exceptional service by making product recommendations and assisting with purchases.
• Set and maintain service and self-service cases.
• Promote products by preparing and offering samples.
• Rotate and Cull products to ensure freshness and reduce shrink.
• Follow safe food handling and personal hygiene practices.
• Receive, verify, price and store department deliveries.
• Ensure sandwiches, salads and orders are prepared to specifications.
• Build strong relationships with guests, vendors and associates.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with time sensitivity.
