Food Lion in Wadesboro, NC is seeking a Deli Bakery Customer Service Associate who provides fast, friendly, and accurate service to shoppers. You will help with product preparation, labeling, sanitation, and maintaining standards per the store's guidelines.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, following safety and company procedures, operating basic computer systems, and contributing to a positive shopping experience while upholding Food Lion dress code.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Ability to use problem-solving to address issues.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsabilités

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service.
• Maintain department sanitation and proper food handling.
• Follow policies for product labeling, ordering, and receiving.
• Understand and use company tools such as ACIS and CAO.
• Wear the Food Lion uniform with name badge and neat appearance.
• Complete Computer Based Training (CBT) and training aids.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
