Food Lion is seeking a Deli/Bakery team member to provide quality customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will help with product preparation, sanitation, and accurate merchandising while adhering to safety guidelines and company policies.

This role emphasizes friendly customer interaction, teamwork with colleagues, and compliance with Food Lion procedures. Training, dress code, and safety standards are part of daily responsibilities at the Dallas location.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Must meet minimum age requirements.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with emphasis on fast, friendly, accurate service.
• Be courteous and helpful to other associates.
• Follow manuals for processing of product, labeling, etc.
• Ensure ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning, and displaying of merchandise per guidelines.
• Maintain proper sanitation and food handling procedures.
