Job summary

Food Lion in Pittsboro, NC is seeking a Deli Bakery Team Member to provide quality customer service in our Deli Bakery Department. You will ensure proper food handling, merchandise display, and adherence to safety standards while delivering fast, friendly service.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, following company procedures, stocking, rotating products, and maintaining sanitation; you'll complete CBT training and support store operations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, fast, and accurate customer service in the Deli Bakery Department.

• Ensure proper sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Maintain inventory through ordering, receiving, and display per policy.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations and company dress code.
• Complete training modules and perform other duties as assigned.
